Getting rid of pigeons on the roof: Sig Sauer P230 Air Gun?
I’ve got some pigeons nesting on my roof that I want to get rid of. I am thinking about using the SS P230 Air Gun to do the job. It only gets 180 fps. I only want to scare the pigeons away, not kill or maim them. Will this gun do the job? What are your thoughts? What are your experiences with getting rid of Pigeons? Any ideas?
I’m all down for shooting pigeons but when you miss it can damage the roofing shingles or whatever material it is…. Pigeons are a creature of habit and once they pick a roof they like its difficult to get rid of them. Even if you shoot a few several still may come back…. Pigeons are capable of doing quite a bit of damage to a roof so getting rid of them without you doing more damage is a top priority………
