
Can I use Self-Rising Flour as a substitute for All-Purpose Flour?
I am stuck with Self-Rising Flour from when I was making cupcakes, and I have no all purpose flour. I don’t want to buy any new flour until I am finished with this flour. Can I use Self-Rising Flour as a substitute for All-Purpose Flour? If so, how?
Yes. Just leave out the salt and baking powder that may be called for in your recipe… S/R flour aslready has that in it.
