Aluminum Foil In Microwave – Is Food Safe to Eat?
I just microwaved up some pizza completely forgetting that you cannot put Aluminum Foil in a microwave (stupid me). So the sparks started to fly and I took it out in about 10 seconds. Is the food still safe to eat once I reheat it without the foil this time?
yes. It’s not an issue with the metal affecting the food, it’s an issue with the metal affecting the microwave. It’s unlikely either occurred in such a short time.
