Alphas – the head honcho, the leader who gets stuff done. Are born leaders. Take action, don’t ask for permission and make things happen. Have a winner mentality
In between the Betas and Alphas are the Pre-Alphas.
Pre – Alphas: Are not as strong as alphas but have a strong desire to learn how to succeed. Have a mindset to get the job down to get to the next level in their growth.
An Alpha only gives his time to the pre-alphas because of the consistent action he sees his pre-alphas taking. Betas only get attention when they’ve earned their way to pre-alpha.
