Is there any way to tone my body in four weeks?

I’ve recently lost about 40lbs and im happy with my weight but i just want my body to be toned and tight. I want to know can someone give me a workout to i can do this in 4 weeks.

I personally have done P90x. Normally it is a 13 week program, but I noticed by during the third week I was starting to get toned.
But it is hard to follow, it requires only eating right foods, and protein.

But it doesn’t hurt to try… You cold also try just swimming laps in a pool. Or swimming in general because swimming can make you toned.
