I put my foot on the brake, pulled the shifter up on the Porshe, and short of ramming it, it wont shift. Help?
You need to have your entire clutch assembly replaced. The slave cylinder and throwout bearings are worn out. Eventually it won’t shift at all. If it’s not slipping when you accelerate your pressure plate could still be alright, but you might as well have that replaced as long as the whole thing is apart. It’s a Porshe hey? Ouch. That won’t be an inexpensive fix. I’d guess roughly around a grand to $1500.
I’m assuming it’s a manual transmission and you know enough to use the clutch when shifting???
Good luck
