Camo Netting 101
Camouflage netting was first used by the military back in 1939 during the WWII; the army forces used the camo netting to either cover the military equipment such as trucks or helicopters, but also to cover their tents and food from the enemy.
Nowadays camo nettings are commonly used not only by the military staff but also by hunters and paintball players. Camo netting can be placed directly in order to give protection without having to wear it. Camouflage netting can be put anywhere, because the flexible fabric is easy to move from one place to another, as well as it is easy to cut it in different sizes, depending on the purpose of it.
Camo nettings are available in different sizes and patterns; from army netting, to woodland netting, winter netting, sky netting and shadow netting. They come in different sizes, shapes and colors. For instance; the army netting is typical military netting used by the Army Forces and the netting comes in dark green and brown colors. The woodland netting is quite similar to the army netting; however the colors are more similar to the wood environment and they usually come in 3D, allowing the customer to blend in with the natural environment. The winter netting camo comes in two colors – pale white and light brown/white. They are meant for the snowy regions and also are also available in different sizes, as needed. Sky nettings are usually light/dark blue nettings meant for either snowy regions and/or hunting. The Shadow Netting is usually used for the desert territories such as Arizona and Nevada. They come in light/dark brown colors that allow the customer to blend in with the dirt and mud.
