Dying a solid black colored cap??
It’s a new era fitted cap, and the black has kind of faded.
I was wondering if there are any safe dying method to restore it to a blacker hat. Maybe spraying dye on it?? idk of any method of doing this without ruining it’s shape.

you can go to your local wal-mart, target store and find a hat shaper, which is what you put your hat into when you wash it and dry it.. its made out of plastic and just helps it keep its shape. (works wonderfully) and buy one of them to use before you dye your hat i would suggest to dye a few more things at the same time.. because you use most dyes in the washer…. and it will turn the washer the color you used for a period of time so if its your washer… run a couple of empty loads with some baking soda and it will clean it up afterwards.. if you do use the public laundry….. dont get caught … they get pissed off… good luck.
