Do you have to put a wood finish on cedar siding?
We have just put rough cut cedar siding on our house. Is it better to put a finish on it like Flood wood finish , or would it be ok , instead , to just pressure wash it a couple of times a year to keep the wood looking good? Any tips on keeping cedar siding looking good for years to come would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
first you won’t want to pressure wash cedar, it’s too soft and will rip apart. a clear or stain oil finish would be the best. repeat every few years.
