Would you say that this weather is good for a short bicycle ride in the city?

I’m planning this bike ride on Sunday, and it’s says there’ll be some showers.. But as I understand, showers doesn’t necessarily mean really bad and heavy rain… What do you think? – Would if be so bad that I have to cancel the event?
I’ll be riding 20 miles home from work tonight and thunder storms are predicted here. Light rain actually feels nice while riding, as it cools you down a little. I like riding when it rains.
