If your horse is pulling his own shoes off, you need to tell your farrier. It sounds like your horse is over reaching. This can be pretty dangerous for your horse and you.
I could tell you about a couple of bad wreaks that have happened in speed events do to this problem. No bell boot will fix this type of problem. It’s a corrective shoeing issue.
