My intex wireless keyboard+mouse combo set’s keyboard is working but not the mouse?plz help?
Have you read the wireless combo set’s manual for troubleshooting tips.
Firstly you should check for the mouse pencil cells interchange with that of the keyboard. If it does not work then try connecting the wireless combo kit to another computer (not yours) like your friends computer. If the mouse is still not working you have to contact intex service center (if your set is in warranty), otherwise consult some local hardware repair shop.
