Copper taste in my mouth after I drink soda?
I cant lie, I am an avid soda drinker, and I know it’s bad for me.
I am going to stop drinking it tomorrow, and I work out a lot, nearly everyday for 30 min to an hour.
I heard this copper taste could be linked to an iron deficiency, is this true? I know you guys aren’t doctors, lol, but just from what you know.
I am 17 and not really overweight, but I could stand to lose a little and tone up, if that’s any conciliation.
i’m a girl. lol.
i drink way too much.
like, 2 or 3 cans a day.
i’m trying to stop
Sounds like you already know the problem really. It could also be from heavy metal poisoning but that seems pretty unrealistic.
If it was Iron Deficiency, you would know. Just look up “anemia symptoms”
If it is iron deficiency you just need to eat more meat and so on. Men don’t normally get iron deficiency because they don’t lose a lot of it through periods.
most likely it’s got some connection to the soda drinking, depending on how much you drink.
