Glock 23 Level III Duty Holster?
I can get a new Safariland SSIII (basketweave) for $70 (cheap, I know) or a new Blackhawk CQC Lvl III SERPA (injection composite) for $100. I like the Blackhawk holster for its ease of use and quick draw, but all my gear is basketweave. How is this going to look? I plan on using this holster for my duty holster. Which should I go with? Is the Blackhawk CQC holster considered more of a tactical holster than duty holster?

is the 30 dollar difference that big a deal in the grand scheme of things?
is the price of ANY duty holster that you feel comfortable with and safe using too much to pay, relatively speaking?
answering the basketweave question, it would look a bit strange to have a plain holster mixed in with the rest of your basketweave leather, but as long as the dept. doesn’t have a problem with it…….and I think only you would notice it more, or be more aware of it.
I don’t know about the tactical aspect of the Blackhawk vs. the Safariland though..I looked at both of them on line and personally would choose the Safariland.
