What is the best type of cross country running spike?
I really need to get a pair of spikes for cross country, because the ones I have right now just don’t fit my feet right. Could anyone suggest a brand/particular shoe that really works for them? That would be awesome!
Also, I don’t know if they make a type that works for track too, but if you think cross country ones would work for long distance track, could you let me know?
I use the brand nike. Make sure when you buy them to get a shoe size higher because spikes are always smaller than regular shoes.
