If your going to use a hair dryer make sure you have it on the lowest possible setting, because when hair is wet it is very fragile which can lead to easily damaging your hair. Also, your going to want to make sure that you don’t brush your hair while it’s wet, because this can lead to more hair loss. Don’t forget your vitamin supplements, especially if you think you’re not getting enough. Make sure that you are taking all of the precautions that you can and you will be a lot better off.
Just keep in mind that you will not be able to stop hair loss after pregnancy completely. Your best option is to protect the hair you have and keep it as strong as you can to decrease the amount you lose. In only a few months, soon after the pregnancy, the hair will be back; irrespective of whatever you try, even unsuccessfully.
