A “Wooly Bugger” tied on a jig hook in various colors will produce in almost all waters and will entice most fin creatures to bite. My favorite is chartreuse marabiu tail with 2 to 6 strands of chrystal flash. The body of chartreuse chenille with a palmered grizzly hackle.
