Repel Canadian geese?
Will placing Canadian geese decoys on the beach repel geese from coming onto the beach?
Actually it’d probably do the opposite and attract the geese. That’s why hunters use duck and goose decoys- it attracts the birds.
Try putting up a balloon with painted on ‘eyes’. The advantage to a balloon is that it moves with the wind and can be hung in trees, and the eyes make the geese feel as if they’re always being watched.
Try putting up nets and fences to areas that the geese shouldn’t be in.
There’s also various geese sprays out that repel geese by overwhelming their sense of smell and making anything treated with the spray that they consume to taste awful.
