i put new handlebars on my motorcycle, should I weld on the fork frame to prevent the bar from hittin gas tank?
I have a 2006 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100, just put the new handlebars on it, and when I rotate the bars it hits my gas tank, should I weld on the frame to stop the bars from turning as much or is there a better way to prevent the bars from hitting my gas tank?
See what you can do by rolling the bars forward, or use risers if necessary. Do not be tempted to limit your steering lock just to gain clearance. Your ability to maneuver will be limited.
