I think you mean the River Runt. First made in 1929 by James Heddon and Sons, Dowagiac, Michigan. Plastic lures are still made today. If you have a wooden one still in the box it could be worth as much as $100.00.Most of the runts sell for between $ 20.00 and $30.00.
