Ariston Boiler Microcombi 23 MFFI not working, orange light on, no heat or hot water?
I have a 5 year old Ariston Boiler Microcombi 23 MFFI cat. C and it stopped working today. I’ve reset it, some orange light comes up, iv pressed all buttons. No heat no hot water. Current pressure is 2 bar. Should I lower the pressure? How?

high pressure will have no effect on your boiler operations, ignore anyone who says so.
when you try to start the boiler can you hear the fan and pump running?or does it just sit there with the orange light on doing nothing?
do you have the boiler installation manual, if so take a look through the fault diagnosis section.
i havent worked on one of these in a few years but they were always a troublesome boiler if my memory serves me correct.
