like chef knife, butcher knife.. all that good stuff. It is for a gift for my friend who is becoming a chef, but i have no clue…
I use Global..here is what I use, have done for many years…expensive immediate outlay but you needn’t ever replace them only add to…. I’ve had mine for years and I expect to have them for years to come.
