How viable is laser surgery for Black people?
In terms of scar removal and treatment of hyper-pigmentation. What are the risks and what is the propensity (the chances) for these risks to occur. Also this question pertains to Black African skin. I don’t want to say African American because some African Americans are actually mixed or not 100% black (like Obama lol). It’s nothing racial. I just need accurate information as I am struggling to pin-point this using Google.
