Leather Breast

How do you add rivets, nailheads, spots, etc to leather breast collars, headstalls and such?

I’m wanting to “jazz up” my own tack such as breastcollars, headstalls and other leather things. Does anyone know how to do this. I’ve been researching it and not finding a whole lot. Things like this….
