whats your favorite thing to do with a horse?
mine is to get on my horse lilly in the western saddle and chase the miniature horses around, lol, like cutting cattle except it’s cutting minis, lol. they love doing this too.
i am a jumper, but i love just going western for a day
Well i ride western. my most favorite thing to do is ride this paso and ride nice and slow up around the block and letting him loose to full gallop through a few hay fields, since hes a paso and for him he loves to run its possibly the smoothest and comfortable thing ever. i enjoy holding the side of his warm fuzzy neck as we run.
i also like to sit in the pasture with all the horses and sometimes take a nap, i once woke up and one of the horses were sleeping very close to me (about 5ft away)
i also like to take slow walk/trots around the country side for hours on Mama shes gaited but i don’t like to canter or gallop on her shes sort of rough even rougher then a wrong lead QH canter. its nice to just plod around and just observe and the mare doesn’t seem to mind neither.
I too use to chase the horses around on a big old appy once apon a time it was fun now its work lol.
