
How to remove pie base in one piece from pie pan? (It keeps sticking to the pan even after I cool it)?
Also, the sides of the base/crust always come apart from the ‘base’ base of the pie. How to make it less crumbly and keep it in one piece?
Sorry, I’m a baking noob.
When i mean pie base i mean the whole pie with the filling but it’s just the base/crust that’s giving me a hard time.
If your using a pie dish/pie pan use a little non stick spray or coat lightly with shorting.
with that said and a bit of handling care your pie nightmare’s should come to an end.
