I’m Using Win XP Pro. Sometimes The blue screen pop up n the system restart automaticly. Why is that?
i hardly read whats written on the blue screen, its because it last only for a few second before restarting. I’m using win XP Pro version 2002 with serv Pack 2.
Your computer should be making a crashdump log whenever it does this. Without either the message on the screen itself or the log, it is impossible to know what the problem is. There’s a couple hundred reasons why this might happen.
You should NOT make any changes to your computer AT ALL until you enable the crashdump logging and captyre a log file. Otherwise you may make the problem even more difficult to pinpoint!
Try to capture your log file. The link below will show you how to enable the logging. Note: the first couple of paragraphs on this article are about one specific problem so do not make any changes yet! Start reading at the section “Preparing to Create a Memory Dump File” and apply the changes ONLY in that section. Then repost your error when you have a little more detail.
