Best bass baits for a pond?
My friend and i are going fishing in a pond with 1-6 pound bass, mostly in the 1-3 pound range but some 4 and 5 6 pounders maybe a couple bigger. it has algae at the bottom annd some sticks and the temp of air the past week has been 90-100. its partly cloudy. i have yamasenkos 4 inches, florescent spinnerbaits with willow copper blades, and jig with frog i can put at the end, and a rattlin rapala. what should i use? and btw the water is murky 2 foot visibilty it starts 1 foot deep then trails off to 9 or 10
Experiment. Try out all of em to see what works best. If you’re doing really good with one bait, try out another one to see if it does good. I would use the Senkos rigged Wacky Style just because I’m very experienced with them and know how to fish em. Any of those baits that you listed should work though.
