What are some ways to keep cool while riding/showing?
I’m doing a show on Sunday and it’s supposed to be in the 30′s. I’m gonna bring lots of water and gatorade, will probably take off my show shirt when not riding, and maybe change out of my boots too.
Got any suggestions of how to keep cool? Thanks.
Sorry, 30 Celsius would be 86 F I think
Wear shorts/short sleeves when youre not riding and just hanging around.
Bring a cooler with tons of ice, water, sports drinks, snacks.
Bring other shoes as well
Bring a wash cloth and put it in your cooler of ice and put it on your neck
Wear your hair up
Try to stay in the shade
Bring a spray bottle of water and put it in the cooler and spray your face occasionally
