I’m new to fishing with jigs,lures,grubs,poppers,etc?
‘m new to this kind of fishing I’ve been in deep sea and only worms and bait in lakes but I wanna try this kind of fishing too. I went out and bought a low profile baitcast combo now I just need some lure seggestions and tips and techniques amd how to fish with these. Also which is more efficient rubber or metal or poppers divers floaters and why do fish like them Ty for all answers and good luck fishing to whoever answeres!

There’s no single lure that will always catch fish, I recommend getting a Spinnerbait and learning to catch fish. You cast and retrieve, stopping and go-ing every now and then. After mastering that, move on to soft plastic worms rigged Texas-style on a worm hook and weighed with a bullet weight. Fish like them because they are flashy and/or imitate their food. Sometimes they are made with scent as well.
