How do I fix my black shirt with a bleach stain on it?
I love this black shirt.
Also, it’s brand spankin new.
Problem is, there are 2 quarter size bleach stains at the bottom of it. (Which are very noticeable on a black shirt) It’s 91% cotton, 9% spandex. I thought about possibly dying it, but have never done it before and don’t even know if that will work.
Any suggestions?
SHARPIE. Black. and let it sit for a long while before you actually wash it, to make sure it is dry and won’t get on other clothes or come out. Just stick the marker tip against the fabric and let it soak in there til it gets close to the edges. If that doesn’t work I don’t think anything will except maybe cutting a strip out of the bottom of the shirt and then hemming it – it will be a little shorter, of course. I stink at sewing so I would probably get a seamstress to do that.
