Find the fluid force on one side of the plate?

An isosceles trapezoidal plate is 2 feet wide at the bottom, 4 feet wide at the top, and has a height of 3 feet. The plate is submerged vertically in a liquid that weighs 65 pounds per cubic foot. If the fluid surface is at the top of the trapezoid, what is the fluid force on one side of the plate?
