
How do I GAIN wieght healthily?
I am naturally very skinny, and I used to love being slender, but now I feel too skinny. Some people even doubt that I don’t eat just to stay skinny, but that is not true at all. I love eating good food, but I still can’t seem to gain weight.
I don’t want to fill my body with greasy fat, but would really like to gain some mass! I know that protein does the trick, but I was hoping that someone could be more specific about how to get the protein.
I am not at all a cooking person.. so quick pointers on how i can get the protein on a COLLEGE STUDENT’s salary and no mommy in town to cook for me … HELP!!

You’d want to stay away from all fast food junk, that’s the horrible fat.
Foods like, pasta, wholemeal bread, peanut butter, nuts, rice, eggs, fish, meat, mayonaise and rich sauces, and protien shakes are all good for weight gain.
You’ll need to consume an extra 500 calories a day in order to gain some weight.
