Why is it that animals can walk barefoot in the snow without getting frostbite, but humans can’t?
Like ducks, geese, Sasquatch (if he exists), and other animals – what is it about the physiology of their feet that keeps them from getting frostbitten as they walk in snow or freezing water?
Dogs, cats, cows, horses and many other animals do, in fact, suffer from the extreme cold and the same must be cared for.
If you went barefoot year round, the soles of your feet would thicken and you would be able to endure the cold with less ill effect.
It would also help if you could grow fur on your feet and between your toes ( like hobbit).
Some natives of South America, who reside n the Andes do go barefoot throughout the year.
Be well.
