What is the name of this absurd 1970s Italian movie?
I saw bits and pieces of it the other day, and I have no idea what it’s called. There’s this little boy who is in some kind of singing contest called “Canta Bimbo.” He wins the contest and eventually gives his prize money (or maybe, trophy?) to a sick kid in bed. For some reason at the end of the movie he starts parading all around his house, singing the same song that won him the competition. The whole family joins in. I don’t really know… it was in Italian.
Any takers? The song from this movie is stuck in my head like you wouldn’t believe, and I think the only way to get it out might be to find it and watch it again.
