How do I visualize a white light during trance?
At sleepovers, a game we play involves rubbing a persons temples, telling them to visualize a white light. After that, they walk towards the white light and imagine it surrounding them. Then, they see a place with doors. They can open the doors, or do anything with them. If they open the door and there’s a monster, they can shut it and lock it (its a conscious thing I guess) All of it means something. I can’t seem to get through the very first part though! I cannot visualize the white light. Any tips? What should I do?
Well, white light is peace and purity with nothing evil, so relaxing your thought away and above from this plane can be a challenge. Think perfection and goodness and with practice it should come. God helps. Avoid evil.
